Shipping

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards. We do not accept personal checks or money orders.

How soon do I need to pay after checkout?

Payment must be received by our office within 7 days of your initial checkout.

How much is shipping?

Your shipping cost is calculated at checkout. Shipping to the continental U.S. is calculated based on weight and location. We also offer LTL, Next Day Air, and 2nd Day Air services for an additional cost. We combine shipping on multiple items to save you money.

Additional Accessories Charges

Any and all additional charges that are not paid for already or included for free at the time of order, such as inside delivery, change of address, residential delivery, limited access, re-delivery, and storage fees will be the sole responsibility of the customer unless stated in the customer order as part of the shipping costs pre-paid for by the customer.

Delivery Refusal

If the customer refuses delivery for reasons other than those agreed to in writing within the order document, the customer will be responsible for all initial shipping and re-delivery charges.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use FedEx, UPS, US Postal Service, and various LTL Freight carriers for our shipping inside the USA. All international shipments are made using DHL or US Postal Service.

When will you ship?

We make every effort to ship your item the same business day you complete your purchase if it is completed by 2:00 pm Eastern time M-F; Orders place after 2pm will be processed the next business day. We will send an email with the tracking number to your registered email address when your package has shipped.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Customers are responsible for understanding the importation regulations of the shipping address they specify on their order. Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. These charges must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and can't predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns of new and unused parts with original packaging within 30 days of your purchase. Shipping costs are not included. Please refer to the Returns/Exchanges Policy for more details.

What is your pricing and invoicing policy?

Information about Parts Crew products on the Web Sites attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, Parts Crew does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of the Web Sites is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Despite Parts Crew's efforts, it is possible due to computer or other error or cause that a product offered on any of the Web Sites may be mispriced or contain an inaccuracy in its description. In the event Parts Crew determines that a product is mispriced or contains an inaccurate description, Parts Crew reserves the right to take any action it deems reasonable and necessary, in its sole discretion, to rectify the error. You agree to notify Parts Crew immediately if you become aware of any pricing or descriptive errors or inconsistencies with any products. When you place an order through any of the Web Sites, you agree to comply with any corrective action taken by Parts Crew.
